Hand on Heart Days
I have called 22 January Hand on Heart Day for several reasons, and I plan to continue the Hand on Heart theme this year with workshops and audio podcasts (some of which will be issued as CDs for those who cannot access the Internet in privacy or via broadband, or who are unable to download the podcast files). 22 January 2008 marks the end of Ah-Shan, but not the end of the gifts that it offers - we can work together to ensure that. That is what Hand on Heart Day, 22 January 2008, is all about. We can work together, projecting our energy from many places and many points in time so that the healing and clearing can continue at this level. I was told that if we can assemble enough people worldwide - through the internet or in person - we could all contribute to keeping the Ah-Shan Divine Gateways open for longer to enable everyone on Earth to continue healing and clearing at this wonderful accelerated pace, and this is exactly what happened. It constituted The Ah-Shan Shift. I am still developing music, together with Spirit, that can help us to raise our vibration in hte post Ah-Shan period, and some of it was played on 22 January.

Hand on Heart signifies for me that this is a time to put our hands on our hearts and connect with the deep wisdom within. It is a time to stand up and be counted, a time to say - I choose to work with others for the greater good and for the healing of our planet - a time for healing ourselves and the Earth. I believe the Earth to be the heart chakra of this universe, and so our continued work towards the unblocking of the Earth's energies will eventually bring about a great unfolding and releasing across the universe and in Creation. As a very wise friend of mine pointed out, we can place our hands on our hearts to connect with the Ah-Shan Divine Gateways in our heart chakras and at the same time place a hand on the Earth to transmit healing. When we do this together with a common intention and in cooperation with the ascended realms, we can achieve wonderful shifts that will benefit all.

On 22 January we opened a world Divine Gateway to work through, and linked round the Earth with hands on hearts to share healing for the highest good. We listened to some of the new music inspired by spirit and the angels to open our chakras and help them to resonate at the level of the 5th dimension - the full suite of 5th dimensional chakra of music is still being prepared and will be available as a CD in the spring.

Hand on Heart Events

Evening Full Moon WORKSHOP On 20 April there will be a day workshop near Leeds from 9.45am - 4.45pm with Shabdan in person. The event will be held in Old Pool Bank Village Hall, which can be reached by bus or car from Leeds, or in the other direction from Otley and beyond. Hand on Heart Workshops

Shabdan will now offer a series of Hand on Heart workshops at full moons via podcasts on the internet. The first one is available now and the details are below. Each of these full moon workshops are important and powerful and can benefit your healing journey. You can access them through time, so that it doesn't matter when you actually sit down to listen.

In this March workshop you will work with The Sound of Creation, receive an attunement to the sacred sound, work with the An-tu world-sized Divine Gateway to help you and every plane of consciousness in the Earth planes align more deeply to the Divine. This is a special workshop that can be repeated to deepen alignment to the divine within you.

In this February workshop you will work with Lady Portia and the Flame of Truth, helping you to release the belief in the illusion of the outer world, and doing world healing through the Divine Gateways with the female ascended masters.

Introduction to the Ah-Shan 24 December 2007 Workshop

Welcome to Iona Light's first podcast workshop presented by Shabdan. In it he talks about Ah-Shan and the importance of Loving and accepting yourself, sharing simple ideas that can revolutionise your life experience, linking you to your Twin Flame and sending out the energy of the Twin Flames around the world, bringing more Love into our world. You can take part in a FREE workshop right now. If you are reading this after 24 December you can still participate through the gracious assistance of the Lords of Time who will bring you into the shared moment when we are all doing the workshop together.

During the workshop, Shabdan will ask you to say some simple Anaritas Light Language phrases which are a part of his Keys of Creation to ground you and link you into the moment when we do the workshop together. The workshop is happening on 24 December at a 'shared time' - that time will be yours to choose, but whenever you do it, you will connect with everyone in a shared moment so that our combined energies will hold you in a powerful and safe space. The phrases we will use are written below to help you to pronounce the 'words' when Shabdan asks you to say them - and they are yours to use every day thereafter. If you share them with others, please simply mention that they belong to Shabdan's Keys.

"secu-narimbido" - anchors your spirit into your physical body

"Garusan" - grounds you into the Earth

"secu-ambido-nos" - undoes psychological reversal or self-sabotage

"Ah-Skuah-hesh-Ney-An" - through the Lords of Time, this phrase links you into the shared moment when the workshop is taking place

"Om-naram" - closes your chakras down to a normal level after the workshop

Instructions for playing the podcast: You need to have a broadband connection to access the podcast (and speakers on your computer). Click on the link above and ideally your media player should open, and either the file will play straight away or you will be asked if you want to play the file or save it. The simplest thing to do is to click to play the file. This will open your media player (e.g. Windows Media Player or Realplay) and you will be able to press the 'play' button and start listening straight away. If you order them together and your order is received by post before 16 January, the cost is £10.50 for both including p&p and you should receive them in time for the 22nd, although you can still access the full moon moment afterwards using the CD.
