Summer 2010 information
Orders received by 16 August 2010 can be sent out from Dundee, but if you are mailing an order after 12 August please telephone Shastra at the office as well (01382 581951) so she can check stock and look out for your order arriving as occasionally items do get lost or delayed in the post.

From 18 August 2010 we will both be in the field at The Source Project but we may still be able to despatch an order to you if we have the items in stock. You will need to text 07900 046024 first to discuss when and how we can send to you. Thank you!

Iona Light is a partnership based in Scotland - please find our contact details below and on our contacts page. You can order our products by post. Please write to us giving your order details (or alternatively print out and send the order form) together with your cheque or postal order made out to 'Fiona Mackenzie' or 'Grahame Wyllie'.

Please note that we cannot accept cheques made out to Iona Light, as the bank account used by the partnership is in the names of the two partners. Please do not combine cheques for Iona Light products with payments for telephone sessions for Shabdan as these are separate businesses. Just send us two cheques in this case.

To complete your order, we'll need your name, address and order details. A contact telephone number is helpful for any queries. All relevant information is on the order form. We accept payment by cheque/cash/postal order, cheques made out to 'Fiona Mackenzie' or 'Grahame Wyllie'.

Post and packing are included in the product prices listed on this website.

When we receive your order and payment we will despatch the goods requested to you. Normally this will be within 7 working days of receipt of your order, but please allow up to 28 days unless there is a notice at the top of the products page of our website indicating a longer delivery time due to our joint absence from the office.

If you are unhappy with the goods you receive you have the right to return them within working 7 days for a full refund. Please contact us if you have any problems with orders received and we will be happy to help wherever possible. If the goods you receive are faulty we will of course replace them as quickly as possible.

If you require a receipt, please include this request with your order. Requests received after the order has been despatched will attract an administrative charge.

We are very happy to answer questions about our products not covered in the product information issued with them.
