The Wheel system, which includes an 'exercise mat' with the matrix printed on it, a handbook and a guidance tape, combines meditation, breathing, the use of power words and tapping key points on the body’s meridians to clear pathways and dissolve blockages. The Wheel can be used as part of a regular daily spiritual exercise routine which takes about forty minutes to complete. The system is simple and easy to use. The mat is printed in forest green on a light man-made suede-like material. It is attractive and portable.
